"I came in to Victoria Centre Nottingham today wanting to purchase a specific ladies watch. Before going to Goldsmiths i went to a competitor whos only interest was upselling me, this was the worst experience ive ever had. Goldsmiths Victoria Centre Nottingham was a complete different experience i was attended with warmth and care, i was not asked if there was a budget i was simply attended with what i wanted to buy. Outstanding service, i was asked if it was for a occassion i said no but it rly was for a occassion some thing very personal within my heart and within my family and i can not thank the young lady that attended me today for making my purchase all the more special memorable and left me with a very memorable day after a very difficult week. I hope the assistant that attended me receives a award for showing discrection not being pushy and overall doing her job outstanding.
