And in all that time the two staff you have in store, at the moment have been by far the best thing that has made your company a pleasure to come and do business with... Saad and John have helped me by goods in fact all my goods have come though there help and support . They have always helped me with buyback service and made sure my account with the hammersmith branch was always good. As they make one feel like a human... and especially my partner who is disabled . Its very rare these days to find staff who belive in customer sevice. I was very sad to hear that they were thinking of leaving.
