"They failed to submit the Confirmation Statement to company’s house despite 7 letters from Companys House to them. This resulted in my company being STRUCK OFF after 28 years of trading. They are refusing to communicate leaving me with the debts to pay. To add. The communication I have now received from the owner, Russell Mason, is flippant, does not acknowledge any responsibility and is quite honestly aimed at me personally and offensive and threatening. **** QUOTE from Russel Mason ... “I know the Institute procedures only too well with ignorant clients in the past””. UNTRUE!,! THATS IS JUST A MEASURE OF THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. WHY LIE WHEN COMPANIES HOUSE HAS THE FACTS. My company was winding down due to my retirement. IT WAS NEVER NEVER ASKED OF THEM THAT WE BE STURCK OFF. ITS CAME ABOUT AS THEY FAILED TO SUBMIT THE CORRECT FORMS ON OUR BEHALF. CAN SEE FROM THE OWNERS RESPONSE THAT HE IS AGGRESSIVE IN DEFENDING HIS FAILURE OF NOT SUBMITTING THE LEGAL FORMS. ITS ONE THING FOR A COMPANY TO MAKE A MISTAKE .. ITS ANOTHER FOR THE OWNER .. WHO HAD BEEN APPROACHED TO HELP RESOLVE THIS .. USE SUCH A RESPONSE WHEREBY TRYING TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITY AND EVADE RECOMPENSE FOR LOSSES.
