Waited for call and answered couldn’t hear much but was near entrance so went outside and stood and waited for 30mins freezing! Rang taxi numerous times, finally spoke to operator left msgs, still no taxi! Ended up 45mins later getting another taxi home!! Absolutely ridiculous will never use again!!"

"Started using Premier after value cabs left my two disabled children 2.5 hrs after school. Since then they have been early or on time to every pick up an drop off. Even if I forget to book and are full they manage to get me a taxi and them to school on time. Drivers and staff are fantastic wouldn't use another company again.
