"Very bad time management! J called them today early morning they said taxi will be there in 10 minutes he arrived after half an hour as he went to others address even though they know my address when called them ! As a result I missed my flight and a job appointment ! Don’t know what to say but you should never give someone arriving time and ne late more tban 20 minutes!!!"

"On afternoon Sunday 30 October, I was pushing my mother along in her wheelchair, heavy rain came on, so took my coat off, put it on mother and although soaked, took some shelter under a tree. A fonacab taxi driver driving from the twinbrook road onto Upper Dunmurry Lane, offered us a lift because he spotted us bad weather. But because of my mother’s immobility, I knew the transfer from wheelchair to car wouldn’t work. He gave us an umbrella instead. The reason for this post was the consideration and kindness of the fonacab taxi driver. Many Thanks"

Drivers even try and find the quickest and cheapest route for me, as they know I'm a regular. Never had to wait anymore than 10 minutes for a cab. Excellent company!"

"usually good and quick for a company that has a huge driver base, it can be very anouying when you phone them, and get told they are fully booked, nothing available... not that you will have to wait X amount of time.. just they are booked.. good bye -.-"
