"I used the app to book a taxi at midday for 6 oclock that evening. It was confirmed and money debited. When my taxi was due to arrive I had a phone call labelled as spam from an operator stating "there's no taxis in your area, hard luck, sorry about that" I gave off stink, you see Ireland had beaten Scotlandin the rugby and the belly was full of Guinness. Wee Agnes in the office, rang about her black book drivers and sent a taxi to me. Agnes gets 5 stars, 365 taxis have done this to me for the third time and they get no stars! Time to find a new taxi service."
