"1st time we have left Milo and Millie at any kennels but Jenny and her team put our minds at rest and made sure that they knew all about their diets and any other requirements. While they where at Wharf Kennels Jenny kept us posted with how they where getting on with regular posts, pictures and videos on Facebook. When I picked them up they where both happy, clean and you could tell they had enjoyed their stay. Overall I would not hesitate in recommending Wharf Cottage."
"We have just recently placed our dogs in the care of this kennels and even after being given instruction on keeping our dogs away from other dogs there was an altercation with another dog and ours upon pick up. When we tried to drop off the dogs on the afternoon before we went on holiday we were greeted with an extremely rude welcome from Jenny. This started an unnecessary start to our holiday. When our vaccine cards had an item filled in incorrectly she rang the vets to confirm that everything was ok, they said it was. Jenny was also offered conformation from the vets and an email to make the situation correct but this was refused. Jenny still refused the dogs until we had done an hour return journey to the vets to get this corrected. Completely unnecessary behaviour. When we arrived at the vets they said that the person they spoke to (Jenny) was so rude. In all Jenny has very little people skills (in our opinion) and although she said she worked at the RSPCA I will have to ask why she isn't now......... This was a last minute holiday with a last minute kennel booking so in due course we will find out if our animals have been affected by this experience."
