"I only see Rachel, she is very experienced and is always willing to listen to any concerns I have with my cat I do get annoyed when there are certain receptionist on the desk I.e do not answer the phones so have to drive to the vets to ask if medication as arrived to be then left standing and not even acknowledged at the desk and the phones are just left ringing. I appreciate that receptionist are busy with other tasks to do , but when you only have a hour dinner break it's no joke and it's not that my vets are around the corner Also it may be an emergency and they are calling for help"
"The vets are wonderful at this practice, however, one of the receptionists is not as kind and courteous as you would expect. There is no acknowledgement of your presence when entering the practice, no hello or friendly welcome. Also, I tried to make an appointment at 8.30 on a Saturday which was the opening time, but a messaging service was switched on until 8.45, which would have been distressing if my pet was in an emergency situation."
"Poor customer service and very delayed for initial appointment (not ideal if your pet has bad vet experiences - which seems to be ever popular). (Under staffed maybe) Promised prescription (which was booked in for a pick up) for an ongoing complaint which had been seen twice, but then cancelled last minute so they could get a consultation fee. Meaning days without medication and my dog suffering, until was able to rearrange an appointment. It would have been extremely simple to supply the prescription they promised and ask for a check up to be booked in for the next pick up!"
"A very caring practice that makes you feel like they're there just for you. They looked after Dexter with all his ailments until the end. They made his final moments comfortable and easy to cope with and showed great empathy and compassion whilst he drifted off into doggy heaven."
