"Extremely poor customer service. Okay if you just do self checkout. Had issues with an item at the cashier and the staff was completely unhelpful. When I would like to sort the issue out they just blamed me out loud for causing a line. I queued 30 mins and they failed to see that and refused to spend a minute or two in helping to resolve the issue. They just asked me to queue at another cashier for the issues. Why I need to queue again for your machines' problem?"
