"One of my worst experiences at any shop! I was appalled by the disgusting manners of the blonde manager, I asked where something might be and was rudely shut down and told if I don’t find it why should she. I’m beyond shocked ask staff for help without feeling like I was in trouble and she was a manager. She also walked away without finishing my order and I was nothing but nice cause if anything I was quite scared. Asked so politely every time I’ve never written a bad review but after the treatment I received I felt I had to, there no need for her rudeness at all from asking a simple question as a customer"
"Almost Every single night delivery sounds between 10-12 around 1-3 empty cage getting pushed. I don’t understand why isn’t this done day time when people are sleeping or resting constantly cages get removed from delivery lorry. This is anti social behaviour where I will be reporting had enough."
"Staff can be very rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. I'm guessing co-op care more about the money going through the tills rather than staff delivering appropriate customer service. Just saying, it should be a lot better."
"The staff here are so intensely rude, constantly sighing at you as if anything you ask is too much trouble, have been shouted at by the till staff for asking if the hand wash they were selling was hand soap or hand wash, whenever you call them about a Deliveroo order they'll get arsey. Do no recommend."
"Bad attitude and rudeness! On paying for goods the staff member actually asks me if I have a problem and when I object to being given attitude as a customer tells me to ‘get a life’. Obviously not someone ready for the workplace, completely unacceptable."
