Had to buy my item in store and now have to contact customer services for the refund. Hopeless. Also Superdrug move with the times. Was told couldn’t bring my dog in. Went to boots around the corner and they had no problem with a dog on a lead. May pay slightly more there but that’s where I will spend my money in future"
"Horrible service. Bought press on nail and nail technician couldn’t use it. I went to refund 10 minutes later. The seller said she can’t accept it because the box was opened but the nails was sealed. she was very rude and unfair. Never again"
