"This is my local convenience store I have been using for 35 years which I no longer use because of the staff's attitude. Today I pulled up outside as my wife wanted some cash from their machine and a couple of food item's. I sat in the car and when she returned she was upset saying she had spoke to a Indian member of staff who was rude and ignorant towards her when she asked him a question about the max amount of cash she could withdraw, and a question about a food item He was apparently not just slightly offhand, but really rude and obnoxious. I wanted to go into the store to speak with him but my wife would not let me. We will never shop there again, and it's no wonder people cross the rd and shop in Aldi, so my advice is steer clear of this store unless you like being talked to as if your s*it...."
"Good shop overall, however checkouts are always understaffed leading to long queues, even when there are staff available to serve. Also a moody staff who never smiles and just throws your items."
"Such a shame the staff ( in particular 1) is so un-customer friendly!!! as the store itself and items stocked are good."
"Allowed another customer to jump queue and staff just fobbed me off and even said I can jump queue next time. I’m done with co-op."
"They stock a lot of stuff, but the checkouts are always understaffed leading to long, long queue times and it is incredibly frustrating having to wait to to 10-15 minutes sometime when there's only one checkout open and everyone in line has baskets full to the brim. They have definitely reduced the number of staff on the checkouts and it's a terrible policy that I'm sure makes for slightly better quarterly reports, but an awful shopping experience."
