"We purchased some Apple airpods Saturday 8/10/22 and on opening had a problem with the gestures so returned them the next day. We spoke to a member of staff regarding the airpods they checked the serial numbers and were not happy because they were not matching, so they went to speak to their manager which took some time to do. We eventually got a refund. In hindsight I think we will go to the Apple shop. I don't think Argos know what they are selling, because the Apple shop said that the airpods have different serial no's. The case and box are the same serial no's and not the airpods themselves."
