"Paid £35 on a Saturday morning on the way to visit a friend who had lost her husband. Instead of making up a bunch the lady who served us suggested a fresh bouquet made up earlier. The lady refused to take cash explaining there had been lots of fake notes around, which we didn’t believe! Anyway we paid by card. My friend phoned me two days later to say flowers had died. The last time I purchased flowers from another florist in Bath they lasted well over 7 days! Will not use again."
