"Underwhelmed by the food and cleanliness of cabin on both outward and return journeys. The self service cafeteria had a limited choice of meals as you would expect. No prizes for quality or the way the hot food was plated in front of you. I also had breakfast in the Pont-Aven's 'elegant à la carte restaurant',(NB: dinner has to be booked beforehand within a window of time). Breakfast was £21.50 and should be advertised as an All You Can Eat Buffet not an al carte restaurant as everything was self-service once you had been shown to a table. All the usual cold breakfast offerings and a full fry up as the only hot option. There was no a la carte option. Not value for money, as a similar breakfast in a 4 star hotel breakfast would cost average £15. I had the same cabin on both journeys. I wasn't happy with the cleanliness on the outward trip and nothing was better on the return. The dust was thick at floor and skirting board level. It needs a deeper clean. I emailed customer service & got an automatic reply advising a 14 day response time. Still waiting after 20 days"
"Did the mini cruise had wonderful time and time ashore at Santander the shopping is glorious and only a set from the port."
"A very easy way to take the car over to Spain. Clean cabins, a wide range of food available throughout most of the journey, lots of places to sit and relax either in or out doors. Plus there was a whale and dolphin watch on board when I crossed which passed the time well."
"Delay on the way out, but made up time during the crossing. Reclining seats weren't worth it on the overnight crossing, chose to sleep on the floor instead. Food was adequate, staff were pleasant. WiFi was frustratingly poor on the return journey."
