"Train your staff. Unbelievably poor service. Bought a pair of Asics trainers today at ASICS in Junction One. I noticed that the 3 members of staff stood chatting & ignored every customer including myself ( I tried on 4 pairs of trainers in front of them) -utter indifference to the 8 or more potential customers around them. When I went to the til to purchase my trainers, I wasn’t asked a single question about how I got on, I didn’t even get a smile. Who is training these staff?? If I was the manager I would fire the lot. Just not good enough."
"Good shop, helpful staff, good selection of quality trainers. Only thing is they dont have the latest model shoes as they r an outlet so u can just get the second latest ones which are a good bit cheaper than the new model..i liked mine anyway lol"
