"Truly awful service. For three weeks they lost my prescription. Last two prescription deliveries took 18 & 23 days from ordering. They never answer their phone. Not once since lockdown. Biggest surprise was that my GP office Manager said Medicare's is s**t. That from a medical professional!"

"What a Joke. Staff were so rude, more concerned about…. Staff discounting sale, pricing up stock, head stuck in a computer, some keyboard warriors & 3 other staff just walking around trying to look busy. Stood waiting for 5 mins at the counter with no acknowledgment. Then when I called them out, one lady had the cheek to tell me I was standing in the wrong place. Is if standing in the wrong place made to see me better!!!!!! Customer service in the branch is a joke, making customers feel like s**h is pathetic. People coming through your door for your help, maybe grow up and help them. Only my view."
