"David, Lesa and the whole team at Dundela Pharmacy are always so helpful and obliging. I have been going here pretty much since I moved to Belfast in 2002. In particular over the last 2 years where things have been challenging for all of us, with regards to repeat prescriptions and knowing what's going on, they've always been great. They offer helpful advice as well for the minor ailments - always handy with little kids! The staff in the shop are equally as helpful, and always remember the children and are friendly and chatty but always professional. Highly recommended, and also never over priced! A credit to the local community!"

"Usually very good with pleasant staff. However, my son went today to pick up a prescription for both me and himself and part of both was missing. I rang up to check if they had the remaining part of the prescriptions and it was confirmed that they did. However, rather than say “sorry” the girl on the phone just tried to blame this on one being a controlled drug and one prescription came to them on a different day. I understand anyone can make a mistake but as this involves another trip to the chemist an apology would have been nice."
