"I went into medicare today at 12.30. When I buy over the counter medicine as an adult I'm fully aware of the dosage and how long I should take them for. When I went to the counter and asked for the item I was TOLD the following" ive noticed you've bought these before" I advised her they help with my vertigo and take the recommended dosage, she then repeated herself and said " I have a duty of care"..I said I understand that but I use the correct dosage. This woman is stern, unfriendly and not nice so I will not be going back because of her poor customer service."
