"Mckays need to train their staff in customer care and product knowledge and its where abouts!! Visited today.Wont be back. Majority of staff gave the impression they were not interested in job and not working! Long queue mixed with prescription collectors, those wanting advice and self service customers just wanting to check out and pay. Background staff in dispensery loudly talking about last nights TV etc. Also counterstaff, under data protection should not be recording personal/patient information in open "scrappy notebooks just because they can not listen and hold information in their heads for a few seconds!! Also need for repeating information is unnecessary especially in front of the long queues your staff and management are creating. Now remember why I moved my nominated chemist to Gordons!!!"
