M&S Simply Food

"The building is clean and the food is good quality but everything's extremely expensive, the car wash is often broken, and seems to randomly be closed sometimes despite being 24hrs."

"This is my local petrol station/quick stop to get food if we can't be bothered to drive to Sainsbury's in Frome. The quality of food is good but way over priced. Also very disappointed in the opening hours. They claim on Google and the website that this is a 24 hour M&S, but it is not. I have just moved to the area and went to a stop at M&S at 9:45pm to get a pizza for dinner a few weeks ago and it was shut, was dismissed at the window saying that we can't buy any food. I just went now at 9:30pm to get some snacks to watch the World Cup on catch up, thinking that they shut at 10pm (after the previous man said they did) and it was fully shut, lights off, no one available. Seriously needs a reconsideration of management or how they serve their customers."

"I went in to order a coffee and was shouted at because they have a very disjointed system in the store for being served that doesn't work . I then ordered my drink that the woman got wrong because she was to busy being rude to me . I eventually got my drink off another lady that carried the rudeness on . I personally would look into the management of the service station to see what is going on in there. Because the customer service is very very poor."

"On the 18th of September around 8:55, we pulled in with a badly damaged flat tire. Thankfully an employee cleaning the gas stations helped us and safely showed us how to replace it. He made sure it was secure and we had a safe journey back home."
