Reviews of National Coastwatch Institution
"Has a defibrillator outside. Friendly people inside. From time to time you may find Royal Marines paying night visits to the locality for training"
"We were walking on Rame head south east Cornwall where we came across lookout post of the NCI ( National coastwatch institute) looking out towards Plymouth to the east Looe to the west Beautiful views and the coast guards made us very welcome ( they have a sign in the window welcoming all to come in and take a look , a must in my opinion) whist they were about their business I had chance to look through the scopes they were using to monitor the traffic! (See photos) All run by volunteers Colin who was on duty the day we were there was a retired vet having been in practice 40 years !"
