"The worst taxi service I have ever used. Absolutely shocking attitude of the taxi driver to young women after waiting 30mins for a taxi to be questioned why we weren’t waiting outside in the pouring rain. Turned the car around and took us home because we asked why it took so long to get a car never mind us being ready. Will never use again. Have video footage if anyone wants to see it"

"Booked a car to take my cat to the vets. I asked if they had any issues taking a cat in a carrier and he just said no. Car arrived and after setting off the driver asked me if I'd been informed that there was an extra £2 charge for my cat. I hadn't and was, quite frankly, gobsmacked! Would they charge extra if I'd got in the car with a friend? What's the difference? It's not like my cat could have made any mess. Rang DG Cars to see if they charge extra, and they were astounded by the question and thought it disgusting that such a charge was made. I'll never use Gedling Cars again - what a complete rip-off! Oh and the car that arrived had very dirty upholstery. Wouldn't have fancied getting in if I was dressed up for an evening out."

But since partnering up gone downhill faster than wyle coyote falling of a cliff If want a car from Morrisons on a Sunday you've got more chance of Elmer fudd getting bugs bunny. Oh they lie through there teeth about taxi's. You book one for a set time then they don't turn up. If you have an appointment USE ANOTHER TAXI SERVICE."

"Do not use this company!!!! They monumentally let us down on a booking on Christmas day to pick up our parents from Newark for Xmas dinner which was pre-booked the day before and just didn't turn up!! When we called to find out why we got a catalog of flakey excuses."
