"Got hit in the face with a cup. Bouncer was absolutely useless at helping. He laughed at my expense while i had blood running down my face, didnt even think to give me a sterile wipe till my friend suggested and then refused to offer me a steristrip to help hold the wound closed and gave me a bright blue plaster to stick on my nose with a little laugh, because he didnt wanna waste the steristrip because the wound wasn’t massive. You desperately need to train your staff in medical care better!! Embarrassing effort."

"The staff is rude. The bouncers are nothing but average bullies. I have filed a complaint, no one has responded yet. I do not recommend this place, if you want a nice night out go to any other club where the staff actually cares and treats the customer right."

"While we were on the dance floor a group of guys push a friend of mine and the bouncers instead of talking through or trying to resolve the problem decided to directly show my friend the door. When another friends who's birthday it was and had booked a booth for that day witnessed this and tried to speak with the bouncers they directly showed him the door too. The attitude of the bouncers was really bad on purpose they start passing on comments to humiliate you. I understand that they are given responsibility but be kind ."

"Looked at the reviews before hand and didn’t believe any of them… Oh was I wrong. The staff were so rude towards us about such a simple issue. The bouncers decided to launch homophobic comments towards us during the incident like they wanted some sort of drama. I wouldn’t recommend going, unless you want ur belongings stolen and ur blood boiled. Nothing was done about any of it and the atmosphere involving the staff were disgusting. (Grubby workforce)."

"Looked at the reviews beforehand and thought everyone was being a bit harsh and dramatic but after going I could not have been more wrong the staff were quite horrible and rude while the bouncers were just straight up aggressive. Really wouldn’t recommend if you actually want your stuff back from the cloakroom,don’t bother going there are much better clubs in the area"
