The gall to offer a free will-writing service and then try to not only later on charge people for storing wills - but actually charge them simply for cancelling the service and asking for the hitherto FREE document back. They should be called Slippin' April King's."

"This firm has now stated no more free storage of wills. My fathers contract which we have evidence of STATES FREE STORAGE. Both myself and sister have emailed to ask for a personal call to our father which has been ignored. Just generic emails back. Each time I have emailed to request a call to my father as he has no access to the internet. He is 84, lost his wife and now this stress of April King asking for more money for the Wills he has already paid for. This is most unprofessional not taking the time to read the emails we have sent on numerous occasions requesting a call to discuss this situation. Why can’t this firm take calls now? Why can’t this firm take each individual email on receipt and personally email a response NOT JUST WE HAVE A FAQ PDF?? As my father, who is YOUR CLIENT HAS NO ACCESS TO A COMPUTER. We as he family should not have to deal with this ….YOU AS A FIRM SHOULD DEAL WITH HIM… THEIR CLIENT! He has personally written to you as he has no access to a computer AND YOU DID NOT HAVE THE CURTESY TO CONTACT HIM BACK. If a contract was signed and paid for stating free storage THIS CAN NOT BE CHANGED. This is causing my elderly father undue stress and extreme upset. I see many other clients also feel the same. As REQUESTED PLEASE PERSONALLY CONTACT MY FATHER."
