"I usually nip in to the Boots Pharmacy but was closer to this one. I was looking for an electronic thermometer. I spoke to a young man who turned out to be the manager. He was really helpful and helped me make a decision. Unfortunately, the item that I wanted wasn’t in stock but he was happy to order one for me and took my contact details to let me know when it came in. Deffo going back there. A good bit of customer service."
"Went for a large prescription and was told they hasn't received the prescription. After speaking to the surgery, they had indeed had the prescription. I tried to phone on several occasions and the phone hasn't been answered. Appalling service. Especially as I am now out of medication. I will go elsewhere in future."
