"I wouldn't, ordinarily, waste my time and energy writing a review for such a simplistic thing as a prescription collection service, but I don't like being lied to. There is a notice in this Boots that the surgery are taking 6 days to pass prescriptions back to the service which is a lie. I handed in my prescription on 29 October, it was returned to Boots for completion on the 31st and it took them 9 days to fill it! It was not ready to collect until 8 November. So, they hide their ineptitude by blaming others... that's the Boots way. What I can't understand is why Boots hasn't gone the way of Woolworths, C&A and the rest of the dross... hopefully it won't be long!"
