We were in a chain which involved lawyers at the bottom of the chain not been very responsive. Liz continually chased and was responsive throughout, and from a point where it looked like the chain may collapse, Liz offered good advice and we managed to pull a rabbit out of a hat. I'm not planning on moving again for a long while, but wouldn't hesitate to use LIz and her team again."
