"If I could leave a zero star rating then I would. Managed to make a very very simple house sale with no chain into a protracted affair with a downwards chain even though they were explicitly told multiple times not to. Communication was appalling, emails were ignored, phone calls were bounced around with incorrect information relayed back (probably unintentionally, but still not acceptable). Imagine only confirming a house sale the day before it's due to complete? It's a good job that I didn't have to organise a removals company or removals van. Disgraceful. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else. You get what you pay for. P.S. These issues WERE raised with my solicitors and I know they were shared with you as I was blind copied multiple times. I was in close contact with my purchasers who also shared these concerns."
