I booked to have my 6 year old daughters ears pierced and Vicki was so amazing.. she explained everything really well and made her feel super relaxed prior to piercing. I felt completely at ease as we discussed placing options (she knows her stuff and I'm glad I went with her suggestion with the nose piercing) and she was super friendly and welcoming as soon as I stepped in the door. The really nice thing is your appointment is your time, no interruptions! Lots of after care advice and of course the follow up after care appointment! And the reassurance that if there are any problems, it's no bother to get in touch, in fact I was ordered to if I had even the slightest worry!
