"Went into the Cannock branch this morning, got what I went in for, then went to pay only to find nobody at the till so myself and another customer waited a few minutes still nobody. So I called hello, a small blonde lady appeared from nowhere with the biggest Attitude, saying there wasn’t anybody just and when I last looked there was no one there, very bad customer service may I say, then she had the cheek to be nice and try to hold a conversation, sorry but with that attitude she didn’t get a lot out of me to be honest, so peacocks you are a lovely shop but you need to train your staff to maybe be Nice to customers with a better attitude,"
