"Jubilee Cottage was not up to Cornish Collection's usual standard. We have used Cornish Collection for many years and we have always been happy in the past. The cottage was very cold in the mornings and evenings and no instructions on how to put the heating on. The bathroom was of a very poor standard and we would not stay there again."
