Reviews of Redburn Country Park
"Reasonably steep but a great walk and an adventure. I love the feel of the tracks and the area. Lovely view and lovely plants and trees. You rarely come into contact with other people so it's a great way to get away from stress and just chill."
"Some very steep hills but some super views across Belfast to go with them. Worth the climb. Some easier paths in there as well."
"Quite hilly, but a lovely walk with great views over the city and the planes can be seen landing down at the docs. Bring good shoes as it's quite muddy too."
"Nice wooded country park in Holywood. There's great views of Belfast lough from the top of the park. The walk can be steep in parts and it's possible to lose your bearings if you don't pay attention to the maps in the carpark and at the top. There's a well marked blue colour coded 5km walk to follow around the park."
"Pretty quiet walk with numerous paths/routes to take. Can pick the tougher ones if you're feeling extra energetic! The view at the top was worth my struggle on the steep hills. Great for dogs too. But not all dog owners seem to pick up their poop which can be off putting to the trail."
