"Lovely place, absolutely timeless. Slightly dated but make the place even nicer. The hottest showers and great flow. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The people are amazing and there are so many close by places and excellent views. Overall had an amazing stay , the drive up can be narrow but it's worth it"
"Perfect location, great views, friendly and great service, clean and tidy hostel. Only issue is that Room 1 is just too small for 6 - suggest one bunk bed is removed to allow for a bit of moving/living space."
"Our second stay here. We like it, good location for the coast path and a lovely spot with decent views from the garden when weather allows. It is a little old fashioned in style but it didn't affect our stay. The shower was good. The kitchen is well stocked. We had it to ourselves in the end. Not much around for facilities, so ideal if you're looking for somewhere remote and away from it all."
"The owner was really friendly but the place in need of some modernising especially in the rooms, the mattresses are wafer thin and it's too get to sleep. On a plus, the shower area has been done really nice and is one of the best showers I've had. And it would be nice if there could be some coffee and tea and maybe a pint of milk just for something to drink in the morning, I know it's self catering but these are little things that can make all the difference"
"The location was ideal for getting on the coastal path but was very far away from pretty much everything else, shops, pub etc. The youth hostel itself was very dated. The bedrooms had old fashioned wooden beds which creaked unmercifully, they were also very small with little room for bags etc. Not one I'd visit again."
