"Simple and clean with excellent staff and superb WiFi."
"Great place to stay whilst touring around the city. Greatly reccomened and the beds were comfortable and breakfast was up to standard."
"I’ve never stayed anywhere worse and that includes situations where I’ve slept outside waiting for coaches until 6am. Honestly you’d be better off staying anywhere else. I believe that the keys all fit the same rooms since not only does the key open the front door and your room door but when we left the room and returned something we hadn’t left there (a soggy cigarette roach) was on one of the tables. There was a big group of people in the room below who were banging and screaming until early hours. As you sat there it felt like someone could just walk into the room you’re sleeping in at any moment- the bathroom is outside of the room across the hallway so make sure you don’t forget your keys or risk trusting the faulty latch or you may have to walk up the road to the main hotel in a towel to ask for help to get back into your room (this didn’t happen but would be the only option you’d have if it did) There is no contact number for reception or telephone in the room to cater for any potential needs you may have. This is akin to very very poor standard shared housing. The shower was leaking and covered in mildew and mould. The decor was dated, damp and old. You can only cringe and imagine what has gone on in those rooms before your stay. There was absolutely no heating what so ever I can’t even think how bad it would be in the winter. For near £100 a night during these times you’d expect a great deal more and I would sincerely suggest either a premier inn or travel lodge instead of having the worst nights sleep of your life here."
"Awful unclean and rooms are unbearable to sleep in"
