Reviews of Bratch Locks
"This is a great place to start a walk from. There is a car park next door to the Victorian water pumping house, no charges. In the winter, the towpath gets a bit muddy, so good boots are a must. If you're a dog walker, don't forget the poop bags."
"This is a great place to visit- good fir walking along the tow path and watching the boats. It is very quiet and peaceful. Interesting to see the boats negotiating the lock as it has to be used carefully. Good to have a lock keeper on hand. When we visited there were 2 on duty. The toll House is interesting too! And you can buy small souvenirs of your visit. There is also the victoriana pumping station nearby which shows typical victorian terracotta architecture. Lovely place!"
