"Good fun play area good for ages 4 to 10. Nice walks, good for cycling as well. Good toilet facilities and coffee shop."
"One of the West Midlands hidden gems, if you like walking, there are plenty of paths to follow. There is a small charge for parking so you need change for the meters. There are plenty of car parking spaces on the day we went, although we can imagine it will be busy in the summer months. You can have a hot drink, snacks, or ice creams at the cafe which is on site. The images I took on the day do not do it justice as it was damp and overcast. There is a good-sized play area for the children with large sand pit."
"Absolutely beautiful walk, lovely little café. Staff were very friendly. Kids loved the playground. Very enjoyable day out"
"Beautiful ,beautiful, beautiful, lots to do for children and adults. Food and drinks avaliable hot and cold. Adventure playground for children and adults . Lovely walks for the dogs and family. Picnic benches you can take your own picnics or buy your picnic. Great place to burn of energy."
"Lovely place to walk cycle or picnic, created by landscaping slag heaps from the coal mine which closed in 1968. The whole forest has grown up in that time although some of the pools were already part of Himley Hall grounds. Fishing by permit only. The tall chimney gives the park character and is a reminder of the past."
