"One of the best places I’ve stayed. The staff are absolutely fabulous. Tracie, went above and beyond her duty. We had an early check in. Wasn’t down on the sheet but she sorted it in a flash. House keepers are lovely and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Will most definitely be staying there again in the summer."

"What a find! ideal location for attending a funeral at Efford Crematorium. The room was lovely and warm, it was spotless. The bed was really comfy and a choice of pillows too. The evening meal was tasty and well presented. Breakfast the following morning had a good selection either continental or hot food. The staff were very helpful and very welcoming"

"Parents stayed her over the weekend. They return to this hotel every time when visiting from the North East. Rooms are extremely clean and replenished daily with fresh items. Breakfast are very nice. Coffee is lovely. Staff are friendly. Location is good. Parking is plentiful. Price is good. Parents room was small, but good for sleeping/showering. They have the option to stay anywhere in Plymouth but they choose this Ibis Hotel."

"Room adequate, shower room recently refurbished and excellent. However, towels (just one bath size each provided) were very thin. Access was fine in good weather but if it rained, us and our luggage would get soaked."

"What lovely friendly helpful staff! We arrived early and asked if we could do a bag drop ( as we were traveling by motorbike) receptionist said this was no problem but then said to wait a moment. Came back to say if we didn't mind waiting 10 minutes we could have our room early! Pleasant bar area to wait. Liked the layout of the rooms, like a motel so no creaking corridors! Only improvement would be if the privacy blinds could open either up or down. Wanted privacy but the natural light. Minor thing though, would stay again!"
