"Tried a Body combat class for the first time. Instructor said to go at work own pace, showed each of the stages clearly. Although I struggled I will keep going. Nice open studio, class wasn't crowded."

"Really happy with our first visit here. My daughter and I came here for a swim after being let down at another venue for our usual lesson. The place is very clean and hygienic, the staff are good and for six pounds, including parking, we were impressed all round. Just be prepared for a 'general' changing area with cubicles instead of separate mens and women's rooms. 20p non-refundable charge for a locker."
