"Recently switch over to home delivery. It's been very hit and miss for my first few orders and I'm running out of pouches often due to delays of my order as one or two non essential items are missing like wipes. Pouches should've been sent straight away with whatever was missing following on, instead of delaying the whole order. Most orders have been later than said even with order over well a week beforehand. Still, it's early days and the staff are helpful and engaging, so I'll give b.o.t.d + supply chain has been f****d which is beyond their control. Ps previous employees should not be writing google reviews. There are websites that cater to rating employers etc. Although, that Patrycja in the warehouse sounds like a right character."

Discrimination of employees who are not allowed to speak their own language, constant intimidation and fear of losing their job when you speak another language. Manager Patrycja a person without culture, rude attitude, disrespect for employees, lack of own opinion. In such a difficult pandemic, in which we risk losing our lives, no one at Fittleworth respects us, only the slave who does the goals counts, not the person. If you're an intelligent person and you feel threatened, they just tell you that we don't have a job for you haha. I regret that I had to work in such an embarrassing warehouse. This opinion is a warning to others. Avoid this place!"
