"Asked for appointment went in and the receptionist said there was a few left ring this number, why were that's what your job is,no ring this number and never get anywhere worst doctors ever"
"I completed an e-consult & was informed that I'd recieve a phone call although they didn't say when. The call came whilst I was working and I missed it. A message was left saying that I'll need to complete another e-consult. This system is not practical for working people. Another e-consult, followed by a video call through livi app which was fine as I recieved a date & time. The Doctor said that I need a referral to a specialist. The doctor sends me a link and pass codes ect to do this myself. The link comes up saying that no appointments are avalible. Another E-consult? The referral was in progress but I wasn't in the loop"
"Only giving a 1 star because I can't give any less. They've messed me around repeatedly so bad. Today they said they would phone me and I've waited all day only to find out it's now shut for the day and no one bothered getting in contact with me. So now I have to go through the whole process again tomorrow. Just found out that they didn't even put a note down to call me back. Another day has been wasted. The online e consult is not fit for purpose, if you do get phoned back it might not even be a doctor you talk to and in the end its wasting everyone's time. There is no excuse for not seeing people in person. Even with Covid, you can still safely see patients. If people can go to concerts then why can't they get appointments at their GP?"
"Absolutely shocking! Was told I would receive a call back from the GP as the link I was sent for push doctor didn’t work. Called the surgery today to be told I’m not in the list and I won’t be getting a call! Then told to call 111 if I want antibiotics! Wtaf?? The NHS is under severe pressure, I go through all the proper channels to speak to my GP to get told call 111. Shame on you Ernesettle."
"For 2days my stepson has been waiting for a call from the doctor, I phoned and finally got through to speak to a patient adviser ( the term should be used lightly ) I explained his position, condition and state of mind wasn’t very good and that he hadn’t received any call and I was really worried about him.being able to explain things to the doctor given how confused he was, the advisor I have to say was really helpful, although she couldn’t discuss with me his medical history, she did however understand my concerns and said she would get the doctor to phone before 6-30, she gave me time to call my stepson to inform him he was getting a call that evening , she called him to say she assured him that the doctor would make the call and for him to stay near his phone, the call never came. I called early next morning to see what went wrong, no explanation from the adviser, she refused to discuss my concerns and fobbed me off saying that a doctor would call today but couldn’t give a time so he has to wait all day in hope that this time the advisers info will actually turn out to be correct. Looking at the reviews for this practice they don’t fill you with confidence, long gone are the days when you could see a doctor when you are ill, now you have standard procedures in place that only protect the practice and does very little for the patients who are trying to see a doctor. Every time you phone, which could be several times during the same day as your unable to wait in the queue and decide to call back later you have to endure the really long winded message which if you have heard it many times surely in this day and age you should have the option to skip it. I fully understand this is strange times but if the system is flawed which it is in many ways the n it will only further impact on patients who are already unwell and make them stressed, frustrated and feeling let down, this cannot be allowed to continue, please have some compassion and put the care of you patients first."
