The wouldn't or couldn't give me any advice or guidance as to when they have more, They couldn't or wouldn't explain why, if I had a collect code - they had no LFT's left. I felt demeaned by the way I was dealt with, and spoken to, by the counter staff. Recommend the staff have training in customer service skills"
