"We have now done 2 tours with Crossings, each one of them excellent and have another booked for later this year and looking to book one with them for 2024. If the tours weren’t any good, we wouldn’t keep booking with them. Bob and Wendy are great tour guides and take all the hassle out of organising trips abroad. All the sites have been vetted beforehand and are excellent. Pre-tour information is comprehensive, and Bob or Wendy are available to answer any questions you may have. Once your holiday starts, they leave you to get on with your own thing but are there if you need them. They are there to meet you at each new site which means once you arrive a pitch is available for you and the group are together; no driving around looking for a pitch! Crossing’s are excellent value for money and I thoroughly recommend them for a Motorhome tour abroad."

"Liz and I completed our first ever tour to Europe in our motorhome in 2022 and we chose to be guided by Crossings Motorhome Tours. The information available on the website was very helpful in choosing which tour we would like to experience and we picked Austrian & Swiss Alps. Communication from Bob and Wendy, the Co owners of Crossings was second to none. The amount of information they gave us leading up to our departure date was invaluable and by far exceeded our expectations. The “pre tour” information “travel pack” Bob sent us, really gave us all the information and tips we needed to ensure we were fully prepared for journey. We all met as a group the night before our tour on a campsite very close to the ferry terminal. This isn’t a compulsory group meeting, but as well as being complimentary, it was also a good way to meet others travelling on the same tour and we also received a very informative “briefing” on what we should expect at the ferry terminal and our channel crossing for our first day of travel. Part 2 of the “travel pack” had already been given to us prior by Bob was divided up into sections. Each section had the details of the campsite we would be heading for along with coordinates for sat navs etc, contact numbers for Bob & Wendy in case of emergencies, information on motorway tolls etc. There was also mileage charts and maps with options to choose a direct route or slightly deviated route to each destination on the tour, with suggestions/descriptions of lots of “points of interest” we could visit along the way. We were free to take take as long as we needed on each leg of the journey as there is absolutely no requirement to travel in “convoy”, although it was inevitable not to bump into friendly faces of others on the tour visiting some of the tourist attractions Bob and Wendy had suggested. Each campsite we stayed at was very clean, well organised and again, our “tour pack” had so much local information included from local transport to all the various things to do on and off site, as well as information and advice always available from our tour guides. All in all we had a great experience, fabulous holiday and met some lovely friends along the way. We, along with lots of others that have had repeat tour’s with Crossings Motorhome Tours know what good value and organisation they offer on their tours. "We haves toured with Crossings Motorhome Tours on numerous occasions. The tours are always extensively researched and planned. When you go on one of their tours you are given a comprehensive booklet which gives you all the information you will need for your trip. All the campsites, coordinates and a choice of routes. Places of interest in the area are also detailed. You are able to follow your own route if you wish and you just meet up with the rest of your group at the campsites. It is definitely the way to your Europe! Hassle free! All the hard work has been done for you. Bob and Wendy have created a company that is second to none and nothing is too much bother, but they are not intrusive."
