"just on the off chance went in today to book an appointment for the flu jab waited for the person in front of me to be served once they were served the assistant walked away from the counter into the back area chatting as we stood there for what seemed ages five minutes and still no one returned to the till or counter so i ended up walking out of the shop there were no comments made when they walked away to say i ll be a few mins i was just left hanging there wont go again poor customer service"
