"The staff are that incompetent in filing prescriptions that I have received a fine in the post claiming that I tried claiming free prescriptions when I had PAID FOR THEM!!!! Now I have unnecessary stress having to appeal when this could of been prevented if staff had actually done their job right. Luckily I paid on my card and have proof, if I had not and lost the receipt then I wouldn't have a leg to stand on. I will be taking this complaint further as this is unacceptable!!!!"
