He arrived absolutely on time and introduced himself. He immediately identified the problem, had the part on his van and my machine was working within 20 minutes. The charge was exactly what he had quoted. What a pleasure to meet such a pleasant and efficient person who is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
