"I experienced good customer service and bought good products."
"I purchased some anti sickness over counter and once I realised it was the incorrect item for me and faulty. I tried to return the product no longer than 5 minutes after purchase and was told I can’t refund when I explained that the receipt doesn’t state this and that the product wasn't suitable for me I was told to not come back by a women called Katie I find it highly unprofessional to try and ban someone from chemist for trying to return a product that isn't suitable for them to take."
"One star to cleanliness of the shop. 5 stars to a super polite guy behind the till. I was having a rough day and the gentleman, I think name Rob or Bob, was extremely polite, smiling and explaining the usage of medicine without asking, in a kind manner. Made me smile. Thank You"
"Very poor service and medication never ready on time when ordered on the date it’s due!! Doctors say sent to Pharmacy but yet when you go and collect their waiting a delivery and when you tell them you can’t wait for their time slot their unable to do your prescription there and then as they don’t have the stock when you can see the stock on the shelves to what you need!! The ginger pharmacist ( sorry no racism ) women has the worst Attitude and manner each time any one gos in and treats us customers like we don’t matter when she doesn’t help her employees or bother with collecting medication Most staff there do help but I hate going to collect my meds as their never ready or done and staff attitudes are rude, insulting and make us feel below them"
"It's about time the pharmacy department was addressed. Never experienced a pharmacy so bad. It was bad before, but the past month or so, has declined even worse. Basic medication not in stock the other week, staff that don't seem to understand that they are a service and make you feel like you are a hindrance. The staff seem to struggle with technology and how it works. One will insist they haven't got the script, but when you tell them your surgery has told you they have sent it, mysteriously find it. This has happened many times. It's a general feeling that they don't want to help in any way and that you shouldn't be coming in expecting them to supply you with your medicine. For a big national company like boots, this is the branch that ruins it. Sick of dreading to get my script so have left and moved to a nice pharmacy that are happy to provide you with the service you need and don't make you dread getting your script. I'd urge anyone who feels the same, to change pharmacy like I did, as you do feel alot better for it."
