"First time here and even though the weather was against us there was plenty to do with our toddler. The indoor play area is fantastic. Lots to do and suitable for a broad age range. Good food at a fair price in both eateries as well and a lovely range of animals to take your little ones to see. Most importantly all of the staff were really friendly and helpful."
"Santa’s Woodland Wonderland - what a way to kick off Christmas time! I had never visited this place before but found it online when searching for places to take my son to meet Santa. It was a little more expensive than other experiences, but I liked the fact there were other things to do and see afterwards so we could make a day of it. We arrived early on the second day of them running Santa’s winter wonderland and were not disappointed. Every single member of staff we encountered from the elves running the activities to those serving in the food and drink kiosk at the side of the event were absolutely lovely. There were a wide range of activities for the kids and my son absolutely loved it. He is still talking about the Xmas pantomime and “Santa’s pit stop crew” one week later ❤️. As for the rest of the park, we stopped into the animal chat room and he was delighted to see a snake being handled, stroke a couple of Guinea pigs and see a giant rabbit (it really was huge!) The outdoor play area was great, but the indoor play area is something else and that alone makes it worth purchasing a members pass if you’re local! As with all kids indoor play areas, the prices are steep in the cafe for food and drink, but that’s to be expected and the service was really good. I’ve never seen such a big (and clean) indoor play area and my son wants to go back just to play on the pirate ship again! The gift shop and welcome area is really engaging for kids and reasonably priced (for a gift shop), so good luck getting out without a purchase there!!! The restaurant/ bistro next door looked very inviting and we may have stayed for something to eat, but we ate in the play barn area because my son didn’t want to leave! It looks like I may have to get a members pass in the future, as he keeps asking to go back as a Christmas present. Well done and thanks to all the staff who were there on Saturday 26 November, it was worth every penny."
"This is a must visit attraction for families with younger children. The farm is set over a large field so lots of space between things to do. The animals all seem to be well looked after with the highlights being the indoor handling area where there was snakes and a parrot, thankfully in their cages leaving the handling for the rabbits and guinea pigs! There was multiple play areas throughout the farm, with each one looking well maintained and with a range of challenges for children as well as the usual slides, swings etc. The reaction timer went down well and brought out a competitive side. The main reason we found this place was because of the dinosaur attraction, which had various dinosaurs placed on a trail. The signage was obviously aimed at a lower age but this meant that the information was retained by the children reading/looking at it. The trail, although through a woodland had been mapped out and a smooth path had been laid to allow buggies or wheelchairs to have the same access as everyone else. It was really well thought planned out. There was an indoor soft play that was in the process of being completed but we still managed to spend a good hour in the castle maze and pirate ship themed areas. There was a couple of enclosed football areas for older children here and once the soft play and cafe are complete this will enhance the day massively. There are a wide variety of ice creams and lollies available at reasonable prices and the shop has a variety of items available, again at a reasonable price. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but when we arrived the breakfasts smelled really nice. Would definitely give this place a higher score if I could and we are making plans to return soon"
"A lovely afternoon for any family. The bistro has great food and lovely staff. Entry is reasonably priced and there are several outdoor play areas and a wide variety of animals to see and explore. Well worth the visit."
