"Quirky place with awesome decor and lively bar! Spacious room and very clean. The staff were super accommodating and warm. Great if you’re visiting Queens Uni as it’s 5 minutes away (and the Ulster Museum)."

"I was only in the bar area. I lost my bag but the staff were helpful and reception is beautiful and I found my bag. Security were very helpful. The drink was good. Although the music was a bit loud but I think it really cateers for younger age group. If I was 18 again I would have loved it. The decor is lovely and the place is kept neat and tidy. The ladies toilets could have done with a clean but that is ladies who frequent them their fault, disgraceful on their part I certainly don't blame the staff for that."

"The food was the star of our stay, both dinner and breakfast were perfect and delicious! The room was fine, but needed a good deep clean, the bathroom in particular needs deep cleaned and caulking and paintwork redone. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Very attentive friendly staff."

"Fabulous hotel and staff. Due to a mess up with another hotel, I managed to get a booking with Benedicts for the night before, and night of my wedding. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise! Really recommend anyone looking for a hotel in Belfast to check here first. The room was amazing, food was amazing, and staff were amazing. Will definitely be staying again."

"We went for a meal. The wait staff are friendly and polite. The food was lovely. Good portions and perfectly cooked. The only thing wrong was the dessert we ordered was not as described in the menu. Our server didn't come back to ask how it was but we did mention when paying. Lovely restaurant and hope to be back soon."
