"Great location god welcome on arrival.. had to wait for reception but only for 5 mins. Good car park and pub next door. Time I would suggest to bring room service back daily.."

"Standard premier inn really, a little frayed around the edges. Waited at reception for ten minutes to check in, poor guy seemed to be running the hotel on his own. Free parking in a nice setting just over from the castle. Don’t bother with the restaurant, it’s pretty terrible."

"This hotel is very nice and excellent value. The indoor kids play area is a really good idea for families and the food in the adjoining bar/restaurant was good value and good quality. The woman who managed the bar/restaurant has very good customer service skills and could not do enough for us. Good base for visiting Belfast."
